The committee is still busy with scheduling of the authors in some sessions. To avoid confusion, these sessions are not listed at the moment. The updated list should be uploaded by close of business on Monday 24 July.

Abstract and Grant Notifications

 
Notification of abstract and grant acceptance have been finalised.
 
Authors and conveners still have access to the system.  Click on "Access to abstract system" button.
The status column will indicate the review status of the abstract.
 
Please note that the Early Bird registration deadline was  extended to 19 May to offer abstract authors the opportunity to still register at the Early Bird rate.  Registration fees have now been changed to Standard Fees.
All Early Bird payments had to be done by 31 May 2017.
 
The Scientific Programme Committee is still busy finalising the programme The programme outline with session allocations to days and times will be made available as soon as possible.  A notification will be sent to all authors.
