Broken mirrors, wrong version strings, page corrections and general questions.
This form reaches the general queue. It is read by whoever is on duty, and it is the right place for broken mirrors, wrong version strings, entries that do not match their page, corrections to anything written on the site, and general questions that the FAQ does not answer.
Broken mirror reports are the fastest, usually within a day, because they go straight to whoever is running the checker. Corrections take longer since someone has to verify the page against the release before editing it. General questions are answered when the queue is clear, which in a bad week can be several days.
It cannot provide support for the software itself. If a program crashes on launch, that is a question for its own documentation and community, not for the people who indexed it. It cannot provide a title on request faster than the requests page can, and it cannot make an entry appear that nobody has tested yet.
