Most Downloaded

A download is counted once per completed transfer, per mirror, and the four mirrors serving an entry report into the same counter. Partial transfers, resumed transfers and repeated checker passes are excluded, which is why the number on a page moves more slowly than raw mirror traffic would suggest.

Counts carry across refreshes. When an entry is updated to a newer build the page changes but the counter continues, so the chart reflects how long a title has been in the library as much as how popular it is this week. New entries therefore take a while to climb even when they are being pulled heavily.
