Overview
This is the software behind an enormous amount of routed sign work, decorative carving, furniture components and moulded panels. It takes a drawing or a photograph, turns it into a three dimensional relief model, and produces the toolpaths that cut that model on a router or a small mill, all in one environment without exporting between stages.
The two dimensional side is a complete drawing package in its own right: vectors drawn from scratch or imported, node editing, offsets, fillets, boolean operations, nesting for material efficiency, and a text engine with true type support, text on a curve and automatic layout to fit a defined area. Imported bitmaps can be traced into vectors for anything that arrived as an image rather than a drawing.
The modelling layer is what separates this tier from the simpler product. Relief models are built by taking closed vectors and applying shapes to them, flat, domed, round, angled or driven by a profile curve, then combining those components by adding, subtracting, merging or limiting one against another. A sculpting toolset smooths, deposits and carves the relief by hand, and a two rail sweep drives a profile along a path for mouldings and frames.
Machining covers the strategies routed work actually needs: profiling with tabs and lead ins, pocketing, drilling, v carving with automatic flat area clearance, prism carving, fluting, inlay with the appropriate allowances, and three dimensional roughing and finishing passes across the relief model. Everything is previewed against the real material with the actual tool geometry, and the post processor list covers the common machine controllers with editable posts for the rest.

Installation Notes
- Set your material dimensions and origin correctly before designing, changing them later moves every toolpath.
- Always run the preview with the real tool geometry before cutting, it catches gouges that a toolpath list will not.
- Test the post processor output on air on any new machine before committing an expensive piece of stock.
Before You Start
Read the notes above before running setup. Most of the problems people write in about are covered there, and almost all of them come down to an older version of the same software still being installed, a graphics driver that predates the release, or a security suite quarantining part of the package mid install.
There is no archive password on this or any other entry in the library. If something you downloaded elsewhere claims to come from here and asks for one, it did not come from here. Nothing on this site is behind a survey, a shortener or a countdown either.
If the entry does not match what the page describes, say so on the contact page and include the version string from the release details table. Reports naming a specific version get checked first because the checker can reproduce them straight away.
Frequently Asked
The full three dimensional relief modelling and sculpting layer. The drawing and two dimensional machining are shared between them.
Yes, the common mesh and vector formats import, and imported meshes can be converted into reliefs for machining.
It produces the code. The post processor list covers common controllers, and posts are editable for anything unusual.
