What this site claims, what it does not, and where responsibility sits.
This page states plainly what this site claims and what it does not, so nobody has to infer it from the terms page.
Every entry is written by a person after testing the release. That produces better pages than scraping and it also means pages carry human error. A version string can be mistyped, a size can be stale, a requirement can be copied from a previous generation. None of it is a warranty. Report anything wrong and it gets fixed.
Product names, publisher names and version numbers appear on this site to identify the software each page describes. Every one of them belongs to its respective owner. Nothing here implies endorsement by, affiliation with, or any relationship to any publisher named on the site.
Mirrors go down. The index goes down occasionally too. Nothing here is offered with any availability commitment, and an entry being listed today is not a promise it will be reachable tomorrow.
You are responsible for what you install and for the state of the machine you install it on. Take a backup or a restore point before installing anything substantial, particularly anything that touches drivers or system components. That advice appears in the installation notes of the entries where it matters most, and it is worth following.
Whatever licensing obligations apply to you where you are remain yours. This site does not grant a licence to anything, and nothing written here should be read as advice about your obligations.
